Amanda Skrzypchak, MSW, is a lifelong learner who began her career as a middle school teacher in the Bronx. With nearly two decades of work in school systems, education nonprofits, and philanthropy, Amanda has built her career as an organizational strategy and change management leader. Most recently, Amanda worked at Gary Community Ventures, building organization-wide goal-setting and racial equity work and co-founding the Piton Fellowship for exceptional leaders across Denver. Before working in philanthropy, Amanda was a Chief of Staff at Colorado’s largest school district. As a first-generation college graduate, Amanda is a proud University of Wisconsin Badger. She joined TRAILS in 2024 and is thrilled to build out the strategy for the organization to bring proven mental health strategies to schools and communities across the country.
