Careers at TRAILS

TRAILS collaborates – with our school partners, and with each other. By pooling our knowledge and skills across many fields, from clinical mental health to education to technology, we’re able to provide effective, culturally responsible solutions for the students and schools we serve.

Our team spans the United States, with most staff working remotely (though many of us are based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where TRAILS got its start). We offer remote and hybrid work options, competitive benefits, and generous vacation and wellness days to foster a supportive and fulfilling work environment for every member of our staff.
