Become a School Partner

Support for school leaders and staff, every step of the way

TRAILS partners don’t just get access to our world-class training and resources; they also get the guidance and tools they need to establish TRAILS programs successfully and keep them in place long-term.

For school and district administrators, partnership begins with a tailored implementation plan, collaboratively developed with a TRAILS Project Manager. Once this plan is in place, we provide school leaders and staff with training that's right for their role in the school. (We also offer special training for caregivers and community members.)

After training, all trainees receive ongoing access to support from the TRAILS team, including workshops to deepen their learning, technical assistance, newsletters, and more.

From the beginning, TRAILS staff demonstrated a genuine desire to learn about our district, listen to and prioritize our goals, and build upon our strengths.
