Andrea Cole is executive director and CEO of the Ethel and James Flinn Foundation, an organization committed to improving the quality, scope, and delivery of mental health services.

Joan Evans is the Director of the Prosper Road Foundation, transforming the lives of youth from disadvantaged communities by providing access to high quality opportunities and mental health support.

Steve Loose
After 25 years in private equity, Steve is now Chief Investment Officer at The Goodness Web, a philanthropic organization combating the youth mental health crisis. He holds an MBA from Harvard.

Josh Scott
Josh Scott has spent his career building and scaling education and consumer technology companies, including as President of Guild Education and co-founder of Craftsy. He joined TRAILS in 2025 to build its first product team before joining the board.
