For school staff and mental health professionals

TRAILS Materials

Are there materials I can access without being a TRAILS partner?

TRAILS is proud to offer access to numerous program materials free of charge. Open-access offerings include all CBT and Mindfulness and Coping with COVID-19 materials, as well as sample resources from the Social and Emotional Learning and Suicide Prevention and Risk Management programs. Please note: CBT and Mindfulness and Coping with COVID-19 materials are designed to be delivered by school mental health professionals (such as school social workers, counselors, or psychologists) with training in cognitive behavioral therapy. To view these or other sample TRAILS materials, create an account.

How do I access TRAILS materials?

If you are a staff member at a TRAILS partner school, log in to access the full suite of materials included in your partnership contract. If you are an educator, mental health provider, or community member who is interested in our open-access materials, join us by creating a free TRAILS account.

Do I have to be a school mental health professional to use Tier 2 materials with my students?

While our Tier 2 materials (including CBT and Mindfulness and Coping with COVID-19) are free and open access, this programming was designed to be delivered by mental health professionals who have a baseline knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). If you are a classroom teacher whose school doesn’t currently have a partnership with TRAILS, create your free account to access a collection of sample resources from our Social and Emotional Learning program.
