Refresh of CBT and Mindfulness manuals and letters
We’re starting off the 2024–2025 school year with a major refresh of our CBT and Mindfulness manuals and family letters. You’ll also find new student resources, additional Spanish language materials, and minor updates to existing resources.
Revisions to our manuals
Our revised 10- and 7-session CBT and Mindfulness manuals provide clearer instruction, updated activities, and guidance on how to shorten the session if time is limited. You’ll also find developmental adaptations designed to meet your students’ diverse learning needs.
Caregiver letters updated for usability
Our new, shortened caregiver letters provide practical steps for supporting students at home. Each letter highlights a “focus of the week” and “tips for home practice” to support caregiver involvement while reducing the burden on families.
All student PDFs now available in Spanish
We’re expanding our resource library—you can now find all student-facing PDF resources in both English and Spanish. Learn more about how to access multilingual resources at TRAILS.
