Download history, improved family letter access, and more in Release 5
This fall we’re adding new dashboard features to help you quickly grab the materials you need and get them in front of students and families. These features include easier-to-access family letters, a sitemap for more straightforward navigation, and a personal Download History page to review past and current material updates.
Download History
We’re thrilled to introduce a personal download history that offers a list of the materials you’ve downloaded starting today, August 23. Accessible from your account dropdown menu, it offers an easy way to revisit previously accessed materials, and also to quickly see if a material has been updated since you last downloaded it!
A sparkle icon will appear next to any materials that have been updated since your last download! This can help you quickly grab the most up-to-date version of whatever resource you need. Download all updated materials at once using the button at the top of the page.
Site Map
Find our new Site Map in the footer of every page! Site maps are essential on complex websites—ours allows you to zoom out and jump quickly to whatever page you need. It will also let you know which features you have access to and which require a particular kind of training.
What's New
Has this post been helpful? It’s one of our Release 5 updates! Moving forward, anytime updates are made to your dashboard experience or to any of our program materials, you can learn about them in the What’s New pages.
Agenda page adjustments
We’ve reorganized your agenda pages, making it easier to find the most crucial materials: the agenda PDF, slide deck, and family letter.
Family letters and email templates
We’ve updated the design of family letters, making them easier to grab and go. You no longer have to download a Word document to access the letter template. Instead, select your preferred language and copy the text directly from our website.
Coaches will be familiar with this feature already, but will notice an updated design.
Improved mobile experience
Anyone who’s accessed materials from their phone knows the TRAILS dashboard could have a friendlier mobile experience. Recent improvements include updates to the navigation menu, agenda pages, and Notifications page, with more to come!
Minor updates
- What’s New and Sitemap pages can be accessed from the footer at the bottom of every page.
- Learning Collaborative Coaches now have the correct coaching materials showing on their main dashboards.
- Fixed an issue where notifications weren’t being marked as read for some users.
- SEL Alternative Resources pages are now accessible from SEL Unit Overview pages.
